Stock items have a one case minimum order requirement.
Payment Options
Purchases from our store are by credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Shipping Options
All products ship FOB, St. Louis, MO. In most cases, items ship UPS Ground and most items offer Second Day Air or Next Day Air services. We are not responsible for freight carrier delay or safe carriage of goods. All goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage.
If product is in stock and your order is processed before noon on any business day, normally it will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Central Time will be shipped the following business day. If product is not available to be shipped in 2 business days, you will be contacted.
Cancellation Requests
As most orders will ship within 12 to 24 hours of order placement, cancellation requests must be approved by a StockClam sales representative. Approval must be issued in writing and a $40.00 fee may apply.
Returns Policy
Purchases from online store are not returnable. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization number supplied by StockClam sales representative and are subject to a $40.00 re-stocking charge. Returns will not be accepted more than two months after order ship date.
Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Status
Only customers with a ship to address in Missouri are charged sales tax. These new customers are set up as taxable and if account is tax exempt, the tax code is not changed until we have an exemption certificate.
